Terms and Conditions
Assured Business & Wealth Advisors Pty Ltd (“Our”, “We” or “Us”)
The use of gift cards fall under the following terms and conditions:
- Our gift cards must be redeemed on our Website through the above form, with the funds being credited against a second opinion program review (i.e. $600 second opinion review reduces by $100 to $500).
- A gift card cannot be used to purchase a further gift card.
- When completing the redemption form above, you should ensure to enter all details correctly. We cannot be held responsible if details are completed incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the gift card.
- Gift cards cannot be used towards any Financial Planning, Lending or alternative Accounting services (i.e. must be used in conjunction with a second opinion program review only).
- All gift cards expire 12 months from the submission of the above redemption form.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No returns or exchanges will be given on services rendered via gift cards.
- We are not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
